Fine review of the natural history as well as the fishing.
first of all the book is not out of print and is available. It tells a great deal about America's most beautiful lake, the enigma of reported monsters in the ancient lake, and offers invaluable help to the angler.

I love it.
This is a magical little book to practice Tchaikovsky with. The pages are white and the print is clear. It is easy-intermediate which doesn't frustrate you. I wish they had these with other composers!

Swan Lake" and "the Sleeping Beauty": Suites from the Ballets in Full Score
Published in Paperback by Dover Pubns (November, 1997)
Authors: Peter Ilyitch Tchaikovsky and Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky
Average review score:

Delightful melodies - long flowing lines
As always, Tchaikovsky's finely crafted melodies flow from the page. The binding and print are easy to read and the paper is designed to last. Watching the notes dance across the page brings to mind the twirling ballerinas and wonderful stories that underlie these two masterpieces.

The Only regret that you'll have regarding this issue is that there is not a complete score out for either of these two monuments of the ballet world.

A Swim Through the Sea

A Swim Through the Sea
I am truly amazed at the talent of Kristen Joy Pratt. I think that her talent to supply children with useful information in a fun way is pure genius. Not only does this book give valuable information about the sea, it also shows the creatures in humorous settings. This book does a wonderful job describing the animals using word play. Learn about an amiable angelfish or a puffed-up porcupine! This book could be used for many grade levels. Small children could use this as an ABC concept book while older children could use this as an informational book to learn more about sea creatures. I loved the art work in her book. She begins by putting a picture of the continents on the front and back cover. From there it just gets better. She uses wonderful color and detail in her art to show the characters the story is talking about. As a teacher, this book works wonderful with a unit on the sea. This book is very resourceful and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the sea or in wonderful illustrations. Not only will you be amazed that there is something for every letter in the alphabet, but you can read facts about different creatures that live in the world under water!

Switzerland: Rail, Road, Lake the Bradt Travel Guide
Published in Paperback by Bradt Travel Guides (01 November, 2000)
Author: Anthony Lambert
Average review score:

Excellent if you travel by train.
I bought this book month before going to Switzerland. I read a little and decide to buy Swiss Pass Ticket and travel by train. It was great idea. The boks has a lot information about little towns which are on train route, historical facts and interesting stories. You can just travel by train and read info about almost every town or city you passing by. I think all Switzerland railway routes are desribed. Public and private railways.

I spent beautiful holidays using this travel guide, planned everything and get a lot interesting information about Switzerland.
I recommend it to everyone who wants to know everything about Switzerland and its Railways.

The Tahoe-Yosemite Trail : a comprehensive guide to the 180 miles of trail between Meeks Bay at Lake Tahoe and Yosemite Park's Tuolumne Meadows
Published in Unknown Binding by Wilderness Press ()
Author: Thomas Winnett

Recommend
I've used this guide on every leg described in the book and it was dead on (1988 - 1996). The summit creek area description was helpful since that section wasn't well marked. Is much better than USGS maps. Definitely recommend. 259 Top of the line.

Tahoe: From Timber Barons to Ecologists
Published in Paperback by Bison Bks Corp (March, 1999)
Author: Douglas Hillman Strong
Average review score:

SMC Review
Douglas Strong does an excellent job of explaining the environmental history of Lake Tahoe in a straight forward manner. This book puts in context the numerous issues confronting the lake and how these developed. I found the book quite interesting and very timely, given the renewed interest in preserving the clarity of the lake.

An excellent read..reminiscent of home-spun Kentucky tales by the late Jesse Stuart. It has this "stuck in Godforsaken Texas" boy wishing he was home on the banks of Kentucky Lake.

I'm ready to tap into that keg!
Tap into the Great Lakes - A guide to the Brewpubs and Microbreweries of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin.

What a title! What a book! This is an in-depth review of microbrews in the Great Lakes region, and oh what a region it is! Mr. Bice must have had a great time sampling the various brews throughout the five states listed.

Having visited a few of the microbreweries, I can certainly attest to the accuracy and quality of the reviews. It is very well written and clearly understandable. The glossary of brews is certainly a useful tool when search for the perfect Scotch Ale!
